I have been involved in food and beverage manufacturing for over twenty years. I have held leadership positions in processing, packaging, supply chain/logistics, quality, and network optimization. Collectively, these experiences have allowed me to learn and apply best practices for operations management and focused process improvement. I plan to continue to grow and gain those experiences so that I can positively impact the lives of those around me and the organization as a whole.

I get to work alongside our amazing operations staff in Brewing, Packaging, and Shipping, while helping to lead us further along our lean manufacturing journey and phase progression efforts.
