AEC technology advocate, storyteller and someone who believes deeply in the power of digital transformation for design and construction.My path into this industry didn’t start in an office. It started working long days in the sun with my father, who runs a commercial landscape and residential general contracting business. That experience shaped how I think about work: show up early, work hard and do what needs to be done.From there, I built my career in sales and recruiting, eventually working closely with software developers and technology teams. That intersection of construction and software development is what led me into construction tech. Starting with PlanGrid and Autodesk where we transformed digital blueprint consumption, then moved into digital reality capture at FARO.Today, I work with architecture and engineering firms at Pirros, where we’re helping firms unlock their institutional knowledge so they can reuse what works, instead of reinventing the wheel on every project. Because the reality is: AEC firms already hold enormous expertise — it’s just buried across projects, models and files.
