Hiring and job searching deserve to be more human, and deeply human is what I strive to be in every interaction. For 16 years, I’ve been in the game of matching people to purpose from leading citywide hiring and wellness initiatives in public education, recruiting senior leaders for mission-driven organizations, and coaching professionals through career evolution at all levels. In partnership with my wife, I also serve as an ADHD Career Guide supporting ADHDers in job search and career exploration through coaching and community building. Notable professional experiences: Across my own consulting practice and working with other search firms, I recruit leaders for a diverse range of nonprofits, social impact, and education organizations across the USA (2021-present) I served at New York City Public Schools for over 10 years in the offices of Teacher Recruitment & Quality / Human Capital (20••••19) and School Wellness Programs / School Climate & Culture (2020-21) I was the inaugural Director of the Staffing Support Team (TRQ) and the inaugural Director of the Brooklyn Implementation Team (OSWP)⏪ Prior to NYCDOE, I was a career coach for young professionals, staffer at US Congress, and adjunct writing instructor & tutor in higher ed I thrive at recruiting, consulting, management, coaching, strategy, and interviewing.
