Key Responsibilities: In this role, I spearhead the end-to-end recruiting process, attracting and onboarding top talent. I continually enhance recruitment strategies to build consistent and qualified talent pools, while overseeing our ATS, job postings, talent pipelines, and passive candidate projects. I ensure candidate progress is effectively tracked using data management systems. Moreover, I cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding managers throughout the organization in recruitment matters. Collaborating daily with corporate management and senior leadership in the US and APAC, I contribute to smooth new hire onboarding and actively engage in special projects, including innovative recruiting and marketing campaigns, sourcing initiatives, and multimedia candidate outreach. Key competencies: • Extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention • Demonstrated success in ATS implementation, sourcing, networking, and executing multi-media recruitment campaigns • Proven ability in remote operations and virtual team collaboration • Expertise in developing and improving processes and documentation • Proficient in ATS & CRM applications, as well as Microsoft Office/Teams and Google Suite • Exceptional relationship-building skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
