I am currently working alongside Royal Mail where I undertake the internal recruitment for Parcelforce Worldwide. My duties include the full recruitment process for the all the management roles throughout the UK. • Taking and advertising vacancies from current templates or from scratch• Utilising social media platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems• Resourcing candidates and sifting CV applications• Speaking and liaising with some of the most senior management throughout Royal Mail Group• Interviewing candidates using specialised questioning and obtaining right to work documents• Making offers to candidates, rejecting candidates and building a pipeline of candidates for future vacancies• Working alongside and helping the onboarding teams• Speaking and negotiating with Stakeholders and HR Business Partners• Creating and updating all reporting for management through real time processes• Creating and implementing new ideas and initiatives to further enhance the recruitment and resourcing processes for the company• Interim management duties• All other ad hoc duties when needed
