To create spaces—corporate or personal—where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.My journey has taken me across industries, from serving as the Executive Director of Brand Development at Skyhawks Sports Academy—where I led national marketing efforts across 200+ territories—to founding Compassion Culture Consulting, where I help organizations align their values with inclusive, human-centered strategies. From building DEI committees to facilitating empathetic leadership training, I specialize in creating meaningful cultural shifts that last.As a seasoned speaker and consultant, I’ve worked with startups, non-profits, and enterprise brands to refine their voice, align their vision, and amplify their impact. I thrive at the intersection of culture, communication, and connection—whether I’m leading workshops, advising on brand strategy, or building out inclusive initiatives.Today, I bring that same heart-forward, strategic approach into real estate. Buying or selling a home is deeply personal, and I love helping clients navigate those moments with transparency, intention, and care. Real estate may be a new chapter, but storytelling, empathy, and service have always been my through-line.Outside of work, I’m a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, a neurodivergent girly, and an advocate for mental health, sleep disorder awareness, and DEI.
