As a certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach, I am passionate about helping individuals elevate their well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through a holistic and integrative approach. With certifications from three esteemed institutions, I specialize in breathwork, Reiki, and life coaching, providing clients with the tools to create lasting, transformative change. Since 2018, I have been guiding individuals toward balanced and fulfilling lives, combining my expertise in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching and Yoga Instruction to develop personalized strategies for sustainable wellness.In addition to coaching, I bring over 20 years of experience as a dance instructor, choreographer, and mentor. I teach at Soundbox and work as an independent contractor, offering instruction in Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Ballroom, Latin, Country Western, and Bollywood. As the founder and director of One Up Dance Cru, I provide training and performance opportunities for beginner to intermediate dancers, fostering confidence, creativity, and self-expression. My expertise extends beyond the studio—I choreograph and teach for Sweet 16s, weddings, corporate team-building events, quinceañeras, bar mitzvahs, and more, helping individuals and groups create unforgettable moments through dance.With a unique blend of coaching, movement, and business expertise, my mission is to empower others to step into their fullest potential—whether through personal growth, wellness, or the joy of dance.
