About Brett Roberts
Hi, I\'m Brett, a local public official, and Government/Community Affairs Manager, where I oversee program management and community relations on multiple capital projects, in the public transportation sector. I have over 10 years of experience in strategic communication outreach, coalition building, public policy, and the public transportation industry. I also hold a BA and MBA from Pepperdine University. I\'m passionate about promoting equity and inclusion in the Greater Los Angeles region, where I serve as a Traffic and Parking Commissioner for the City of Inglewood, a Trustee for the El Camino Community College District, and a board member of several non-profit organizations. I\'m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I enjoy traveling the world and learning about different cultures. I\'m a proud recipient of the 2016 Top 40 US Transportation Professionals Under 40 Award and the 2018 John F. Kennedy Award for my community work. I\'m always looking to grow my personal and professional network and to collaborate with others who share my vision of and passion for creating a more connected, accessible, community for everyone. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or on Twitter at @brettcsroberts.
