   Responsible for system configuration, build, testing, validation, and ongoing production support of Hem/Onc, Radiation Oncology, Pediatric Dialysis, BMT/CIT, Tumor Board, and other assigned departments. Updates clinical tools such as Treatment Navigators, Springboard Reports, SmartTools, and Reporting Workbench Reports as needed. Assists Revenue Cycle team with infusion charging settings and department charge capture preference lists. Completes Nova Note updates/review during upgrades. Participates in Integrated Testing and updates test scripts to document workflow changes. Collaborates with vendors, Epic Bridges analysts, and others on interface issues (Aria and Wellsky). Trains and educates end users (clinicians, revenue cycle, and staff) on Epic functionality. Supporting a team that successfully executed an Epic implementation in December 2021. Makes ongoing improvements to end user experience through Menu, Profile, and Workflow Engine Rule updates. Updates user access to grant Beacon functionality as needed. Volunteer member of three employee-driven Technical Boards including the Security Workgroup, ServiceNow Workgroup, and Data Courier Workgroup. Available for on-call support as needed.
