ABOUT BRETT WOODBURN
My practice encompasses many areas related to real estate. I represent owners, investors and commercial landlords in all levels of real estate transactions, from investment rentals to complex hotel/motel acquisitions and sales. I am a licensed title agent with extensive experience closing loans, resolving title concerns, and teaching RESPA compliance. I represent real estate licensees and certified real estate appraisers, defending them when they are sued or representing them before their respective licensing boards. I have experience with forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. I have also taught continuing education classes for PBI and real estate agents and brokers.
