I have over 23 years of experience as a tax credit consultant, helping clients prepare financial projections and close transactions for solar, wind, biomass, and other renewable projects. My core competencies include financial modeling, partnership tax, due diligence, and client service. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to address the environmental and social challenges of our time. As a principal at CohnReznick LLP, I help guide the renewable energy practice and work with a diverse and talented team of professionals who share my vision and values.In my current role, I have helped close more than $8 billion worth of renewable energy transactions, serving clients across the public and private sectors. I have developed and maintained strong relationships with investors, developers, utilities, and other stakeholders, and delivered high-quality and timely results. I have also contributed to the firm\'s thought leadership and industry advocacy, by writing articles, presenting at conferences, and participating in policy discussions. I have leveraged my skills in partnership tax, corporate finance, and financial modeling to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on how to optimize the economic and tax benefits of renewable energy projects.
