I am a Partner at Blank Rome and Co-Chair of the firm’s dynamic national Litigation Department. I have achieved notable victories in high-profile, high-stakes cases, and I am committed to advancing justice in the family law system through both skilled advocacy and pro bono work. My practice is focused in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, paternity, child support, custody (including international custody disputes) and child protective matters, as well as in negotiating prenuptial, separation and settlement agreements. I have significant litigation and trial experience in New York’s Family and Supreme Courts and have successfully appeared before the appellate courts. I also serve as a mediator, neutral evaluator and as an expert witness on New York family law issues.
