I am an early childhood program leader, facilitator, coach, and strategist with a deep commitment to building strong, inclusive early childhood programs and systems.In my current role with Clackamas ESD, I oversee the work of multiple early learning programs, including Head Start/OPK, Preschool Promise, Child Care Resource & Referral, and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation. In this role, I collaborate closely with the Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education program, community partners, school districts, and state leaders to strengthen cross-sector partnerships, improve access and quality, and promote sustainable system-level change in the service children of families.Through my consulting practice, Waypoint Leadership Lab, I work with early childhood leaders, school districts, and organizations to develop adaptive leadership capacity, navigate complex change, and co-create strategies that align vision with action.
