While at HSI, we developed and invested in several multifamily and industrial facilities around metro-Milwaukee and around the United States.A sample of the projects completed are the Derse, Inc. National headquarters located in Milwaukee, WI, the Enclave and Annex apartment projects located in Wauwatosa, WI and also the Standard at East Library project, all multimillion dollar development projects.
