Experienced finance leader with a proven track record in both corporate and commercial finance roles. I excel in finance and operational management, consistently delivering increased revenue performance and enhanced profitability. With deep experience in managing performance in both dynamic growth and challenging business environments, my strengths include developing teams and talent, leading change, driving business outcomes, financial planning and analysis, financial control and governance, technical knowledge, building strong relationships, and commercial expertise.Most recent role as the Finance Director - Go To Market at Experian Plc, FTSE 100, where I led financial strategy and management for the UK B2B business with revenues of £600m. My role also involves managing costs for the go-to-market team, including marketing, sales, and operations, and overseeing the UK commissions scheme. I transformed the level of insight and strategic challenge provided by the finance team, delivering strong performance across revenue and EBIT.Previously, I held the position of UK & I Senior Finance Business Partner at Experian Plc, supporting financial strategy and management for the largest portfolio of Experian’s UK core B2B businesses with revenues of approximately £300m. I have driven insights and led finance team involvement across several programs impacting the entire business, including change management, investment, and team management.I have also held various controllership roles where I was responsible for compliance with accounting standards both IFRS and GAAP and internal policies. Also managing balance sheet, cashflow and capital investment processes ensuring both performance and compliance.My career began at Ernst and Young LLP, where I managed a variety of audit clients across industries such as retail, financial services, and manufacturing ranging in size from family owned to FTSE100 companies. I am also a trustee at Archway Academy Learning Trust, providing finance expertise and advisory support.I am a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and hold a 2.1 Hons. degree from Birmingham University.
