Thank you Whitlock, I appreciate the support Refresco! The past 5 ½ years have provided rapid, positive change. From a significant US producer under Jerry Whitlock, through acquisition by Refresco to become an International identity, and final integration with COTT NA under Refresco’s acquisition, we became part of the world’s largest independent bottler for retailers and brand beverages. I thank you for allowing me to lead Whitlock’s technical team, direct US IT operations under Refresco, and finally migrate local services and systems to corporate teams and platforms. It took much effort on all our team’s efforts to get from a 3 MB WAN to 100 MB MPLS, ad hoc to managed networks, basic telephony to Cisco Unity with redundancy and remote capabilities, Lotus Notes to Office 365, disk drive to SAN, local to distributed data backup and redundancy, individual PC to Citrix desktop and application publishing, arduous to efficient disaster recovery services, and legacy systems to SAP. Sometimes frenetic, often robust, and almost always with first time success, these transitions could have never occurred without the dedicated technical teams and great organizational leadership whom I will miss. Having fulfilled my mission with you in January, I now look forward to the next chapter of my career.
