Integrative human physiologist by training, creative explorer by heart. It’s true I started my journey by taking the same figure sculpture class twice in college, because why not? It was a fantastic class, there’s always something to obtain no matter how many times we’ve read the book, and what’s more fun than molding the human body with imagination. Now I get to translate basic science with application towards meaningful outcomes in sport and athletics, and health and well-being.Expertise in human systems control during physiological stress. Applied expertise on balancing the demands of momentary optimization with the demands of future adaptation. Leveraging innovation concepts across a diverse world, from biology to decision-making, mathematical modeling to relationship health, to drive human endeavor for athletes from all walks of life.
