I build AI products at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution in complex financial environments. At Ally Financial, I own the roadmap for an internal AI platform used by teams across the enterprise to experiment, build, and deploy AI without starting from scratch. My role is aligning engineering, architecture, legal, risk, and business stakeholders around something that actually gets used and delivers value. My approach is simple: turn ambiguity into something that ships. Every initiative has to answer three questions — who it\'s for, what metric it moves, and why now.
