Daily activities include managing a team of 12 people (3 QA’s, 2 BA’s, 6 Developers, and 1 Scrum Master). Daily reporting of metrics and team performance by using Excel and VBA automation. By extracting raw data from Azure DevOps, accurate and detailed oriented reporting of team performance and providing accurate estimates completing each area of the project is essential to success in this role. Effective leadership and streamlining reporting processes, allows my team to operate with great efficiency and transparency.Gained extensive experience bringing incremental deliveries of the application into production. We accomplished this by integrating the.NET framework with the legacy mainframe system. We would use API integration between the 2 environments and in the fall of 2021, we successfully went to production. Following our initial production release, we continued to release over 10 additional production deployments to improve application performance, stability, and user experience. This area of the application continues to operate today and has allowed for the processing of over transactions to date.My success in this role is highly predicated on problem-solving with an emphasis comprehensive reporting and analysis, attention to detail, effective communication between stakeholders and developers, organizational skills such as managing a large volume of backlog items within Azure DevOps, as well as providing KPI’s through the advanced use of Excel with VBA as well as analytics tools such as PowerBI, Through reporting automation, we were able to collect constant feedback to improve our processes and allow project managers to easily track our projects performance.
