For me, the ideal state is Operational Excellence, which I describe as Leadership Excellence, Employee Excellence, and Process Excellence. Achieving Operational Excellence is a journey and I am fortunate to have walked a few steps along this path. My role now as Educator is to guide others, sharing a mix of best practice and mishaps to spark my students imagination and interest so they may also find joy and success in their journey.
