I recently earned my B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in Aeronautics, all while competing as a student-athlete. My academic journey fueled a deep interest in designing and optimizing complex systems, from aircraft components to aerospace technologies, with a focus on real-world applications and performance. Balancing a rigorous engineering curriculum with the demands of college athletics taught me how to manage time effectively, lead under pressure, and stay focused on long-term goals. While at FIT, I gained hands-on experience through internships as both a product and industrial engineer, contributing to cross-functional teams to improve design processes, optimize workflows, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
