My passion has and always will be to help people. Starting in customer service has taught me my strong base that supported my development towards my career path into human resources. I combined my education with my MBA with my many years’ experience with recruiting, conflict resolution, hiring, onboarding, administration work and sales to strengthen my skills in human resources. I’m always striving to grow, learn and help others along the way. I thought healthcare was the only place you can help people, but I did learn a lot about humanity, decency, customer service, management, care giving, compassion, ethics, and multitasking from my 5 years with Alzheimer’s patients.
