Core skill set is that of a petroleum economist with wide experience and a strong background in data analytics, petroleum systems analysis, and the application of stochastic methods to E&P asset valuation and portfolio analysis. • Thirty years plus energy industry experience in the areas of upstream asset valuation, petroleum economics, portfolio analysis, risk and decision analysis, and petroleum systems analysis. • The last twenty years has been spent working in the areas of technical risk assessment and economic analysis of upstream E&P assets and portfolios. Much of this experience has focused on unconventional plays in the U.S. During this period I also oversaw and helped develop quantitative models for natural gas fundamentals analysis, particularly with regard to natural gas supply. • The first twelve years of my career was spent in the area of basin modeling and petroleum systems analysis, with a heavy emphasis on regional basin studies and the evaluation of international exploration prospects.
