   I am a partner in the Denver office of Fisher Phillips where my practice focuses on representing national, regional and local clients in all matters related to labor and employment law. I have tried dozens and dozens of cases in both federal and state courts in Colorado, California, and Florida.My practice encompasses every aspect of employment law: day-to-day counseling, training, administrative agency proceedings, labor and litigation. Due to my ability to immediately evaluate claims and my expertise in defending a broad range of employment-related disputes, employers regularly seek my counsel during all phases of the adversary process, beginning with the receipt of the initial complaint, during the investigative stage, and continuing through trial, if necessary. I routinely works with clients in resolving discrimination, wage and hour class actions (including FLSA collective actions), civil rights, hostile work environment, FMLA, retaliation, non-competition agreements and wrongful termination matters, along with working with clients involving labor matters before the NLRB.In addition to my 25+ years in private practice, I have also served as in-house counsel, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a publicly traded company with a portfolio of high quality service providers for the regulated cannabis industry. Additionally, I previously served as Vice President and General Counsel for the nation’s largest underground utility company, where I was responsible for managing outside counsel in 26 states with a focus on efficient resolution and litigation avoidance.
