I focus on improving hospital staffing models and scheduling efficiency by analyzing workforce data with Advanced Excel and other BI tools. I design and deliver real-time Power BI dashboards and executive reports that support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.I build and maintain automated data pipelines in Palantir Foundry, leveraging Contour to transform, manipulate, and join data from multiple sources. I also pull data from QlikSense and QlikView to integrate into broader reporting processes. Additionally, I apply AI and Augmented Intelligence (AIP) to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights that guide hospital leadership in decision-making.Beyond technical work, I conduct executive presentations and lead training sessions to support the adoption of new staffing tools. I also work directly with hospital leadership on-site to implement and optimize scheduling platforms, ensuring smooth integration into day-to-day operations.
