All drilling, workover, plugging and maintenance work reports through my team Manage a Production budget of ~12 million, plugging budget of 500k, drilling/completion/workover budget of 1.5 million 2020 production team was able to cut costs ~40% from budget and navigate the company through low oil price environment and position CM for the current recovery. Assist in managing OSO reported production and getting approval to elect in OSO projects. Active member of safety committee and promoting a safe and environmentally friendly work environment. Actively participate in incident investigation and molding future company policy. My team achieved a zero TRIR in 2020 and continue to prove you don\'t have to sacrifice performance for safety.
