The SaaS Services- Enterprise Adoption Services, Directing Project Consultant provides services to our Enterprise Customers, who seek to develop their own expertise and core capabilities to design, develop and deploy clinical trials using our HSGBU InForm and Clinical One platforms. These services consist of consulting and mentoring for our EDC applications and solutions, delivery of integration and other solution services, installation and validation services, as well as broader clinical, technical and project management consulting services. I provide services delivery for existing Enterprise customers and support the sales process for new Enterprise customers; focusing on delivery quality, customer relationships and customer satisfaction. I work towards improving our delivery models using SPRINT iterative design and participate in and develop a global business model in support of Enterprise Adoptions services delivery. I help improve our delivery models including improved quality and improved margins for Enterprise Adoption mentoring programs, Design Environment on Demand, Integrations, and Data on Demand solutions. My role requires that I stay up to date with all knowledge and training requirements for InForm, Clinical One and our Solutions products to support our clients use of our products as they manage their Clinical trials
