About Brett Labar
As the Head of Global Channel Operations at Meta, I lead a team of ten professionals across North America, APAC, and EMEA. Our main work streams include customer onboarding, order to cash, CPFR/forecasting, allocation, sell-in planning, inventory optimization, partnering with key retailers, and supply risk tracking. We leverage data to proactively monitor our business across order management, sell-through data, in-stock %, on-hand inventory/WOS, supply risk tracking, and demand variance tracking. We manage the VR Meta Quest Products and AR Ray-Ban Meta Glasses across all major retailers including Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Amazon, and other key partners. My goal is to ensure seamless and efficient operations that meet the needs of both our customers and our business.
