I have worked in the real estate finance and development industry since 1997 and have financed and developed ground-up projects in 16 states including retail apartments, single-family lots, hotels, office, and industrial. In addition to real estate, I co-founded SRS, an industrial recycling company, where we developed industry-leading proprietary inventory management, accounting, and reporting software to assist corporate clients with tracking their sustainability initiatives. SRS was sold in 2015.
