First Light Safety Products is a leader in the manufacturing industry, engineering products for the transportation and school bus industries. Our goal is to eliminate school bus related fatalities by making the journey safer for our kids with our patent-pending illuminated technology.As the Specification and Compliance Manager with First Light, my role has expanded to utilizing additional resources to achieve our goal of creating the safest roads for our children, while helping to establish First Light as one of the leaders in school bus safety solutions for our industry. I work with State and Provincial Government Officials and national safety organizations to forever change what the visibility of a school bus means. Through education, advocacy, and in producing data that can help enact change - I am proud to be a part of the solution to safety within pupil transportation.
