Responsible for creating Business Cases for Defense division of General Motors. Business Cases evaluated the benefit, cost and risk of pursing various programs within GM Defense.Led estimating efforts for RFPs being pursued by company. This task is primarily developing costs for scope including labor, material, logistics and others. Position requires significant interface with the Program Managers, Business Development Managers and Program Development Managers. Also, team with other functional organizations including Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Controllership, and Procurement. Monitor overall costs and manpower budgets. Work with Project teams to develop EACs. Ensure that actual costs being incurred are within CLIN ceiling, CLIN budget and being charged correctly.Work with the FP & A function of the finance department to provide monthly and yearly cost & revenue forecasting.
