   As Chief Operating Officer, a top management position within the corporation. Brett is in charge of overseeing and management of the everyday overall operations of the company. Brett takes part in both short and long-term strategic planning of business endeavors which focuses on internal operations. As chief operating officer, he reports directly to the chief executive officer and to the board of directors. Guided by the organization’s strategic plan as COO, Brett provides the leadership, management, and oversight necessary to ensure that the organization has the appropriate operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization, while maintaining technical excellence, and ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency. Some of Brett\'s duties are listed below: • Focuses on the internal operations of the business organization. • Assists CEO in routine works and looks after daily optimization of various operations within all different divisions of the company. • He is in-charge of the implementation, improvement and design of the systems of the organization and the implementation of company policies and procedures. • Checks and settles issues in relation to company\'s operations within all divisions. • Gives advice and suggestions to the management for necessary changes in attending to different issues and business decisions. • Conducts regular meetings with management to ensure that priorities are clear, and completion and accomplishment of designated tasks are being managed as set within organization. • Ensures all tasks and activities of the operations comply with legal, and company standards. • Ensures that all of management team is fully informed of operational objectives and strives to meet or succeed goals.
