Part of the Commercial Valuation department within Allsop LLP. Based in the firms Leeds city centre office, I am tasked with securing new business and establishing our northern base by nurturing new and existing client relationships with banks, lenders, prop co’s and high net worth individuals from across the regions. I undertake primarily Red Book Valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending and regulated purposes from across all of the the North East, Yorkshire and North West regions. My specialisms are particularly focused towards the industrial, office and retail property sectors.
