Provides Schedule of Values for each project; ensures billings and job cost projections are accurate and on time. Completes project budgets and monitors job cost weekly for accuracy; completes monthly work in progress reports for review. Manages budgets by comparing planned to actual project costs and by implementing necessary corrective actions; identifies and tracks items by cost codes and cost types. Develops change order proposals for all changes in scope from contract. Promotes safe jobsites; works with the Safety Team to ensure all safety issues are properly addressed.
