Hello! My name is Brett Guidish (Guy-Dish) and I currently lead the Data & Business Intelligence teams over at U.S.Xpress. My teams specialize in Developing & Supporting Analytics for our Supply Chain & Logistics customers and the internal operational teams that support these customers. I have a heavy focus on Engineering, Data Engineering, Application Development and BI Development within the Logistics Industry. Over the years I have worked in a handful of different fields and environments ranging from all different industries & company cultures. I have also worked from the ground up in the Analytics & Engineering spaces which have helped me to develop a very unique and diverse skill set. By honing this unique skill set my teams have developed analytics applications and engineering designs that have shown millions of savings year over year to our customers. In addition to showing savings I have also helped developed our standard operating practices for all teams that are involved with our Analytics Tools & Dashboards. This has allows our Operations Teams to quickly and effectively manage their customers accounts and shift the culture of gut feelings (\"I Feel\") to making data informed decisions(\"I Know\").
