I am an operations and customer focused professional with a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Connecticut and experience across collegiate athletics, program operations, and relationship management.I will be joining Travelers in February as an Underwriting Associate Operations Account Specialist, collaborating with underwriting and business partners to support account management, problem solving, and service excellence.I also currently serve as a Sports Program Coordinator with South Windsor Parks and Recreation, overseeing basketball operations across multiple youth and adult leagues, including scheduling, system management, customer service, and on site event supervision across multiple facilities.Previously, I worked in high level collegiate basketball environments, including Babson College and UConn Men’s Basketball during back to back national championship seasons, where I developed a team first mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead under pressure.
