About Brett Franklin
One of my mantras is, “day by day in every way, we are getting better and better.” My purpose is to connect deeply with others and serve with respect and honestly every single day. In the past few years, I have been involved with many different groups ranging from the EY NextGen Academy, the McCombs School of Business, Hyde Park YoungLife, and various real estate companies pertaining to development, construction, and real estate law. While each group is completely different, they all involve a deep understanding of team dynamics and authentic communication between teammates. I value highly the opinions of others, so I make it a point to listen more than I speak and understand the unique perspectives of others when disagreements occur. When I am not serving my teams you can find me delighting in the many Austin, TX specialties such as eating breakfast tacos, sitting in pretentious coffee shops, bouldering in the greenbelt, and talking to local hipsters about the latest trends in all things health, fitness, philosophy, and the outdoors.
