I started with a small seasonal Christmas light business in 2009 — Holiday Spirit Lighting — driving the truck, hanging lights, and bringing joy to neighborhoods across the Seattle area. Over time, that seasonal work grew into a thriving operation serving both homeowners and businesses. Today, Holiday Spirit Lighting (now Renova Holiday Lighting) has built a commercial client list that includes community-building nonprofits, city organizations, merchant associations, and large tech campuses across the Greater Seattle area.As we grew, I saw an opportunity to serve clients year-round, so we expanded into residential exterior cleaning — adding window cleaning, pressure washing, and moss management. That expansion led to a partnership with Eric Miller and Miller Window Cleaning, strengthening our commitment to dependable, high-quality home detailing and property maintenance for homeowners throughout Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland, and Bothell.To reflect our growth, we rebranded our residential services as Renova Exteriors — specializing in year-round property care — and our lighting division as Renova Holiday Lighting, focusing on both residential and commercial lighting design and installation. We also partnered with Kiril Topalov to launch Skyscraper Window Cleaning, expanding into commercial building maintenance and rope-access services for community associations, property managers, and corporate campuses. Together, these brands round out our revenue streams and allow us to serve clients through every season and at every scale.What began as a small holiday lighting crew has evolved into a multi-faceted service company trusted by homeowners, businesses, nonprofits, and iconic properties — from local communities across Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland, and Bothell to landmarks like the Space Needle and Lumen Field.
