   Manages and leads oversight of the NERC CIP Compliance program for Jones Lang LaSalla (JLL) on the Duke Energy Account that includes multiple regions and remote locations. Requests, removes, and tracks NERC Access for approximately 50 companies and approximately 300 Vendors that need access to NERC Spaces to perform required work associated with Project Management and Facility Management. Responsible for data submittals, spot checks, continual maintenance of evidence, investigations (both internal and external), self-reports and mitigation plans. Provides in-depth analysis of all NERC information in order to conduct risk assessments of NERC spaces and propose detailed solutions to stake holders. Has a substantial role in creating end to end processes in both Project Management and Facility Management in relation to NERC CIP. Key Results: → Created a tracking tool that reduces the number of employees and hours involved in tracking NERC CIP requirements by approximately 90%. → Conducted a deep dive into data collected on individuals entering NERC Spaces and compared the information to escorting practices. The outcome resulted in a few minor changes which led to a significant decrease in escorting, one of the primary causes of NERC Violations. → Created a Dashboard and process revolving around Background Check Completion, On-Boarding, Training, and Off-Boarding to combat the inefficiencies of the current process. → Created a Training Program for Vendors and Escorts that focuses on accessing NERC Spaces, primary causes of NERC Violations, and appropriate actions to avoid NERC Violations. → Administrative Services was Recognized by Duke Energy Senior Leadership for identifying potential violations well below the threshold of a violation, creating sustainable improvements, and for having zero NERC Violations in approximately 600 days.
