Both competitive and goal-oriented, I have spent the last 17 years working across the organization to create relationships with supporters of the mission of St. Jude Children\'s Research Hospital to maximize their fundraising revenue. By creating an environment of teamwork and trust, mutually beneficial relationships were established with leaders across partner organizations that drove results against both organization\'s strategic plans. I have experienced revenue growth every year while the partner organization\'s dedication and commitment to the mission was furthered in the process of raising millions. I have concepted, designed and executed multiple fundraising programs serving targeted market segments that resulted in millions raised. I have authored strategic plans, drafted budgets and led teams in support of the fundraising growth.
