WORK HISTORY
Turbomachinery and Automation Engineer @TC Energy
Engineering expertise and improvement strategies for the company’s TurboMachinery and Automation assets\"-Rotating Equipment: As an SME, I developed the company’s specifications/standards (using HAZOP and FMEA analysis), integrity plans and operating procedures related to rotating equipment control/protection, improving asset reliability. I have aided TurboMachinery RCA exercises, provided technical recommendations, and implemented preventative solutions-Automation: I have engineered fuel control/unit/station control system designs (for GE, RR/Siemens, Solar gas turbines), programmed PLCs (RSLogix, TIA Portal, GAP, Proficy), working with EPCs as a principal PE on the company’s obsolescence program. Maintenance, operational support and troubleshooting of existing PLC control systems for TC Energy\'s compression facilities. I developed project documentation (DBM, narratives, IL, setpoints, data maps, I&C drafting, BOM, testing). Presented at industry conferences-Innovation: To improve asset reliability, I drove R&D solutions for combustion acoustic measurement systems/kits, fuel valve driver/fuel valve replacements, GG variable geometry control, vibration monitoring system upgrades with remote site analysis capability, and developed/presented various training courses.
