I have managed and grown Provo City\'s creative team, which consists of videographers and graphic designers, since January 2016. I deal with marketing for the city and deciding the best way to get our message out. I mentor and motivate our team to make sure our creative work is the highest possible quality. I am the conceptual heavyweight and bring a lot of ideas to the team. I am the key client point person making sure the client\'s needs are met. I make sure the resources of my department are being utilized in the right way. I encourage smart risk taking.
