In this Program Management role I have had the opportunity to lead an enterprise wide program that has achieved several millions in cloud cost savings for Nike through cloud service optimizations and refined cloud governance practices. I was able to leverage my experience in planning and portfolio management to implement an enterprise wide reporting structure to track project timelines, including tasks and dependencies, for all impacted Technology teams across the enterprise. I was able to find success in establishing and operationalizing many data driven and collaborative processes that are repeatable and still used today. It has been particularly rewarding to partner with several teams across the organization to build up agile practices and ways of working that will cultivate growth and process maturity and ultimately deliver great value to Nike.
