About Brett Barner
Brett’s practice adheres to the firm’s focus – estate, trust, and guardianship litigation. He has represented several commercial clients in litigation related to real estate and in other business disputes. He has also successfully represented clients on appeals before the Fourth District Court of Appeal and in federal court as a member of the US District Court Southern District of Florida.
