Proven Operations Leader who has experience in building high-performing teams. I am currently a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon Inc. where I manage and oversee all departments within the Outbound portion of the Spokane facility. This includes over 700 direct and indirect employees along with $250MM annually in revenue. Outside of driving day to day operational excellence, I am also the Operational Quality POC for the West region and also oversee the hiring and development process for prospective internal candidates within future senior leadership roles. I also have experience in the multi-unit operational management as a District Manager for Aldi US. There, I led a team in growing revenue at multiple store locations while working with store management to achieve financial and operational goals. I was able to develop and implement action plans to aggressively expand Aldi’s share of the grocery industry market segment. I was in charge of Aldi’s most visible geographical markets (Los Angeles and San Bernardino County) and was able to scale a strong team of 5-7 stores to grow sales by 15-20% on average YOY. Prior to my career in operations, I was a collegiate and professional athlete where I had the opportunity to compete at some of the highest levels. Throughout my athletic career, I developed a variety of valuable skills including team building, leadership, and goal setting.
