I am a full-stack software engineer who loves working in a team environment. I am deeply curious about new technologies and I am always up for learning new things. My past teammates can tell you that I am an enjoyable and easy going person to work with, and I am a great communicator. I have a good vision for the high level concepts and can articulate that vision well, but I also enjoy the problem solving process. As a musician and drummer, I have always played in bands which are a team where everyone works towards a common good. It requires regular practice and great communication for all of the members to develop the product together, much like working on a development team. As a former music teacher, it was my job to motivate and challenge my students to develop their skills, in an autonomous fashion, through consistent practice and self-determination. I did this by inspiring them to find what they wanted most out of learning an instrument, and to set goals to achieve their desires. I am able to lead a team or to help pursue a solution depending on the needs of the situation.
