In my full-time role with INVISTA, I work as a Configuration Analyst on the Source-to-Pay team, where I help enhance procurement operations through system configuration, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. My focus is on ensuring system integrity, supporting stakeholder needs, and driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities-Configure and optimize procurement systems to support vendor management, contract lifecycle management, eProcurement, and invoice processing-Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess system needs, and implement effective solutions-Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide resolution to minimize downtime and maintain workflow consistency-Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices-Support the rollout of new features through documentation, training, and change management activities-Analyze system performance data and contribute to improvement initiatives that streamline operations and reduce process friction.
