Collect and analyze market and supplier data to identify opportunities for cost reduction within properties. Collaborate with property stakeholders to help determine and establish property requirements of optimal inventory Par levels based on item specification, forecast, demand variation, and lead times to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Create and present forecasting analyses to property CoE’s and Stakeholders. Actively monitor the status of open purchase orders through Stratton Warren and Oracle to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of potential issues.Run and maintain regional monthly KPI reports on open orders and open receivers.Create and maintain various reports for property based off their business needs to provide real time communication regarding savings and supply chain operations.
