ABOUT BRET PINSON
Bret Pinson is the President of Pinson & Associates, a management consulting firm based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University, Bret spent the first half of his career working across North America with Fortune 50 corporations in the areas of strategy, management, product and business development. All these organizations were global-leaders in their industries; including AT & T, The Hartford, and 3M Company. Much of his early career was at 3M’s global headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. There, he helped develop, introduce and implement world-class business approaches within a high performance, innovative culture. For over 30 years, he has studied, designed, implemented, and taught some of America’s most research-based innovative organizational and leadership development programs.
