1. Senior Operations Manager

   I have been a senior leader in two different DCs (large parcel, small parcel) during time period, where I have been responsible for driving process and operational efficiencies: I led several IT-enabled, process improvement and employee engagement initiatives to improve P&L and overall operational performance rapidly. I partner with the site director with P&L accountability and oversight for meeting financial and operational goals. I lead, coach, train and oversee a team of up to three Operations Managers, eight Supervisors and 150 team members on three shifts in a 1.3 million sq. ft, high-volume facility. Concurrently, I am responsible for leading inbound and outbound operations, as well as full operational leadership on third-shift. Overall, I am accountable for financial forecasting, capacity planning, inventory accuracy, quality, workflow planning, staffing, labor allocation, scheduling, staff training and safety. As a team, we drove several continuous improvement, workflow, IT and employee engagement initiatives, including implementing a new Labor Management System to track productivity across the facility in real time. We increased training for key systems and engaged leaders and staff focused on cost/operational efficiencies, quality control and inventory accuracy. I reorganized and reengineered the Returns Department via launching new operational strategy, workflow and IT solutions.In 2023, I transitioned to the small parcel distribution operation and led time and process analyses across the operation. As a team, we reengineered pack and staging operations, workflow and processes and implemented new equipment and ergonomics solutions to improve pack operations.
